DRAGO-ISI INC. WARRANTY REGISTRATION.
ACCEPTANCE OF WARRANTY TERMS.
I accept the terms of the I accept the terms of the Drago-isi Inc. warranty applicable to my Drago unit, including the Arbitration Provision as follows: “Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this limited warranty, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Canadian Arbitration Association in the province of QC in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The determination of the arbitrator(s) shall be in writing and shall include an explanation of the basis for the determination. Warranty.
Drago-isi Inc. registration does not register the generator warranty; contact those manufacturers for warranty information. This document must be filled out in its entirety and submitted to Drago-isi Inc. by the selling dealer or end user. Registration is a prerequisite to the warranty being validated. Failure to properly register will limit warranty coverage payment consideration toward repairs until the registration process is completed. Please note this form is used for multiple product limited warranty registrations and the form title does not refer to any specific limited warranty. The registered owner may request a copy of the actual limited warranty pertaining to the Drago product purchased by email info@drago-isi.com.
